GRADING SCALE
Excellent (Grade A+)
- Device is in like-new condition with minimal to no signs of use. May have very light, superficial scratches or scuffs that are barely noticeable. Fully functional.
Good (Grade A)
- Device is in very good condition with minor signs of use, such as light scratches or scuffs on the screen or frame. Fully functional.
Fair (Grade B+)
- Device shows moderate signs of use, including noticeable scratches, scuffs, or minor dents. Fully functional.
Acceptable (Grade B)
- Device shows significant signs of use, such as deeper scratches, dents, or other cosmetic imperfections. May have had parts replaced (e.g., battery, LCD) but is fully functional.
Used (Grade C)
- Device shows extensive signs of use, including significant cosmetic damage. May have had parts replaced (e.g., battery, LCD) and may have some functional limitations. Details of any functional limitations should be clearly disclosed.
