Items Damaged In Transit
» Within 48 hours of delivery, submit photos of the damaged item(s) and all six sides of the box, along with the invoice number.
» Keep the damaged item(s), box, and all packaging materials for UPS/FedEx inspection.
» UPS will only accept the claim if all of the above is followed. If the claim is rejected due to non-compliance, we are not responsible for replacing or issuing credit for the damaged item(s).
